Forty years of serving this community taught us a Forty years of serving this community taught us a lot.

It taught us that caregivers are often the ones who fall through the cracks. That a phone call at the right moment can change everything. That dementia doesn’t stay within zip codes, and neither should we.

ADAKC is building something with all of that in mind.

We’re not ready to share every detail yet — but we’re getting close. What we can tell you is this: we’re not stepping back from Kern County. We’re stepping further in.

ADAKC will be closed this Friday, as well as Monda ADAKC will be closed this Friday, as well as Monday and Tuesday next week for staff in-service. This time is much needed and deeply appreciated by our team as we come together.
